Car while driving loses all power unless i turn off my
traction control

It's going into limp in mode, you need a shop to run a full diagnostic on the ECM and BCM systems sensors, actuators and wiring. Not going to be cheap and probably a bugger finding parts. I'm starting my 8th week waiting for a GM BCM.
