2011 camry XLE

When it got cold 25F the car would not start.  The battery was fine.  The car was turning and everything on the dash lite up.  The car kept turning, turning trying to start. but it would not.

I took it in they charged  $  104 saying the  wires were eaten by rodents.  they taped, reconncected wires. Car started for next few days fine.  And they actually allowed the car to sit to restart it in the cold.   then it got colder 8-15 F and same exact problem. It just kept turning as it does before it starts.  Again battery was fine. I will take it in again.  is there some chip that could  be doing this.  

I have had this car for several years and she has been thru colder weather and always started up fine.  I am taking it back to same dealer repair.

That does happen in case you were wondering..wires get chewed by rats and mice. It's not a chip. But instead of splicing and tapeing wires they may have to start replacing looms. Expensive, yes. Here is a thought: if you have full coverage file an insurance claim..pay the deductible and turn them loose to get your car fixed RIGHT

ok I will look into that as I have no idea what a loom is but if that is whats wrong with so be it. I have money. I can pay for it. No biggee. thank you.
