I don't know what's wrong with my car

Just a couple of weeks ago my check engine light,
maintence, and slip resistant light came on. I changed my
oil and all but the engine light went off. This week they
came back on. If the rom reaches 0 while I'm driving
anywhere the battery light and the oil light come on, my
steering wheel won't move and I have to restart the car in
order to continue driving it. The car is now louder starting
and has a stalling sound.

Your best to take it into a shop for repair before you get stranded somewhere.
