2011 Toyota Window Problem. Toyota giving free parts? HELP!

I have a 2011 Toyota Camry. I bought it used. It was working fine for a long time, but
almost a year later the front passenger side window stopped working. It doesn't go
down or up. The driver side button for the window doesn't work also. I can press it many
times, it just wont go down but the passenger side button when I press the passenger
side button it wont budge it's stuck in one spot and won't press. from the research I've
done. I think I need a new window regulator or master window switch panel or
something (I'm not good with these kinda things). Nonetheless, I need help! I was told
since Toyota has been getting complaints about the same problems, they are willing to
give free parts to fix it. If anyone knows of this please let me know, or guide me
towards an online parts shop that is selling the part for the window for cheap. I called a
toyota dealership a while back and they said it will cost around $500-$600 for that part.
I want it really really cheap! Thank You.

first look for the safety lockout button controlling the window operation ,maybe its set to lockout, the passenger button got something jamming it, look for something jamming the switch, no luck, window regulator is the metal bars connected to the glass and go up and down, you cant need both of them im sure, unless you press the button and hear the metal regulators going up and then down while pushing the button then they broke loose from the glass, and they move but the glass stays, put. just sitting in the felt runners, push it by hand see if its loose from the regulators
