Where is the blend door acuator damper located

Thank you so much i was thinking it is the one below or near the glove box, just wasn't sure. Whenever I turn the control to defrost and then turn it back to face it will not blow cold air, only hot. The car could be turned off after i changed it back to face and then back on and it would still blow warm air. There is pressure and enough freon also. Could it just be stuck half way between hot and cold?
