Ford reflash my truck any ideas

I took the truck to ford to have the stock flash
put back in the truck because it want start or
crank the call said the truck will crank so go to
pick it up and still doing the same thang any
ideas

2010 f250 with the dpf and egr delete done cold air intake but sensor have been completely removed
