Why so many fake inquiries?

When I advertise a car on other sites about 2/3 of inquiries follow up wiith multiple questions. Now, on Cargurus I've only had 1 actual person respond.
I'm pretty sure that all the rest are bots from CG to keep you hooked in.
They other issue is that the site keeps changing one of the bits of info about my car and that misleads the potential buyer. This site is a complete waste of time and money.
