If it only does it on defrost there may be an obstruction for the recirculation air duct. look behind the glove box for lose papers or napkins that may have fallen into the opening. If it blows poorly in the fresh air setting also you may have a blower motor or resistor issue. Usually the resistor will give you high fan function only when it goes bad.
My 05 ford focus transmission went out so I'm replacing it with one I got from a junk yard. My question is will it have to be programed?
