My 2.3 liter focus ZX4 ST has a manual transmission. After shifted, this includes all gears, the tach revs way to high (3-6k) and the speedometer barely climbs. Where should I start?

Is this for up-shifts? If so your clutch is slipping and it needs to be replaced.
