Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I hope someone can help. A few days ago both my rear brakes went out. I replaced
them, but the dashboard says they are still out. Today, I went to start the car, and it won't
turn over, it just clicks and the lights in the car flicker. My radio and windows are working
though. Any suggestions? ....60k miles, due for an oil change now.

Of course, I meant the rear brake lights, not the actual brakes.
