Low RPM of engine no power, slow to shift 2010 Tundra

Check engine light and limited slip deferential light on, clean battery terminals problem went away for 10 miles, light stay on but the truck sometimes feels normal and out of nowhere it fall back into a state of low power and difficult shifting.
