When a car is silent at lower speeds then gets noisy above thirty mph, it's usually a sign of worn out drivetrain parts. Engine and transmission are nearing the end of their life and likely need a rebuild. This seems odd for a "10 Honda, so have a mechanic diagnose this. I can't hear the car from here, so maybe it's just a fan belt.
