With that many miles I don't think it really matters , If you tend to use a lot of oil use a higher viscosity maybe .
If you have always used conventional oil then just stick with that. You can switch to blended if you want but I think you would be wasting money cause your engine was designed for conventional oil.
should I use high milage or semi blend oil, for 2010 Avalon with143k?
