2010 Honda Accord with sketchy past

I'm about to buy a 2010 Honda Accord from a used car dealer. The CARFAX
says the first owner had an accident where the vehicle was towed, 3 days later
it was sold at an auction. A few years later it was sold as a CPO car at a Honda
Dealership. Should I still be worried? My dealer bought it at an auction which
makes me wonder why it couldn't be sold if it was once a CPO.

If this is Craaaazy Bubba's used car lot on the wrong side of town what do you think? If I bought a used car it would be from a REPUTABLE major car dealer, not a seedy lot.
