How do you calculate the Fair Market Value?

Good luck on any of the available resale evaluation sites. I've found that they all under value the vehicle. I've not found one yet that actually includes all the options I paid good money for when I bought my 2010 F150 Platinum. Funny how Ford includes them with additional fees but the appraisers don't. No way you'll get a fair value that way. Anyone ever found a good one????? Let me know!
