2010 Subaru Forester

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've had this car about 2 1/2 years.  Was owned by a relative.  Only has 48,700 miles on it.  First year defrosters didn't work right and then A/C blew hot air, Subaru dealer re-charged the A/C.  It lasted 2-3 months, then took it back to same dealer.  Subaru dealer service replaced a  hose and recharged the A/C. Then July 2018, same problem, and this time they replaced the Schrader valve and charged the A/C again. June 30th 2019, A/C blowing hot air again.  Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

They need to use a leak detecting dye to find the leaks. Never go to a dealer for repairs unless you like to overpay for the work,.
