Four wheel howling noise in 4 wheel hi, 2010 Eddie Bauer Explorer around a corner

When I put my 2010 Eddie Bauer Explorer in 4 Wheel Hi, it makes a howling sound when
I turn wheels to go around a corner, left or right hand turn. Ford mechanic said he has
heard it before and isn't anything. I use 4 Wheel only on wet( snow covered) roads.
Otherwise it is always in 4x4 auto. Does not make any noise in auto. Was ready to go to
another dealer for 2 nod opinion but have done it yet. Can anyone help?

I think I have the same problem. I just got the 2010 used last week and the SAME thing happened! Did you ever get a response or resolve? I am only under warranty for three more weeks with dealer and would like to get it fixed if it is an issue! Thank you!!
