What should I do when I got Service RSC Now

I have a ford explorer 2010 XLT 4.0
My brakes are grinding and suddenly I got an alarm
Service RSC Now with the abs light and the anti slip light
also every 5 min it gets this alarm ...

Anyone can help ?

If your brakes are grinding you need to tow it to a shop. There may be issues with the ABS system, wheel bearings and brakes.
