You may have a duct connection that has come loose.

I see you don't no anything about dual auto A/C & Heat, they only have one duct and I said it works fine on a/c and has the same volume of air coming out of it on heat

No, I don't keep up on heat & AC like I used to... I am almost 80 and just try to give some idea's to lead people to check out POSSIBILITIES, not the answer to all their problems. I have built formula race cars from the ground up in the 50's and 60's. I maintained my classic collection up until about two years ago but now am handicapped and can't do much of my own work. Sorry if you found my answer not the answer to your problem as it was only meant to be a starting point. You must remember, my crystal ball fell off the shelf and broke some time ago and I don't read minds to know all the details of a problem.

I am having the same problem with the hot on passenger side and cold air out the drivers side and I have the auto dual air digital I have pulled the upper blendor actuator and it was working fine so I would assume it works the passanger side and the one that is buried under the bottom of the unit must do the drivers side I have replaced it before and it’s not fun at all but very possiable with out having to pull your dash just have to vet the floor vent out and conceal and re-tape the duct back with chrome a/c tape when you put it back together ! Well here I go again!

Sorry on my typing skills but back to the message above! You are going to need to cut the vent loose under the counsel and pull the counsel out so you will have room to get to the blendor down low and get you a 8 mm ratchet wrench and when done just tape the vent back with the chrome a/c tape it will work great! Good luck
