why wont the a/c on my buick take freon

after running vacuum for 45 mins to negative 30 it doesn't want to take the new
refrigerant only at a very slow pace ( 15 minutes per 12 oz. can ) and thats slow

Most likely you have a blockage in the system. Usually the accumulator or the orifice tube. If you do have a blockage the system will need to be flushed out and the cause of the debris found. If the system has been leaking the accumulator may be saturated with moisture. Or possibly the compressor is failing and bits of metal have plugged up the very fine screen of the orifice tube.
