Is your engine RPM very low? At idle, it should be 800-900 RPM. Check your vacuum lines for a leak. Check your air filter to make sure it's not too dirty. Check your Air Idle Control Valve also. Could be bad or dirty. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i82s4ZfR2js
