Thumping

My 2010 mkz has a thumping  I have 4 new
tires, sensors are new. Will alignment cause
this.Im at a lost as to what it can be

If the thumping started when the tires were replaced, I would think something done during the tire change is causing the problem. First thing I would do is check to see if all the lug nuts are properly tightened.
