Upgrade MKZ from radio only to touch screen

Question type: Car Customization

Just bought a 2010 Lincoln MKZ that came without a screen (so no backup
camera).  I'd like to upgrade this to a setup with the full touch screen and
backup camera (hell, GPS would be great as well) but I know nothing about
this sort of process.  I don't necessarily plan to do this myself, but need to
know enough about the process/parts so I don't get ripped off by an installer.
I've watched a few youtube videos, but none are setup like my car (most are
MKX which has different panels).

Check out crutchfield.com for compatible headunits.

I just tried that and got a bunch of speakers and wiring connectors, but nothing remotely like what I think I'm looking for. Argh, I might have to go get pictures to show what I'm talking about since I don't know the terminology lol. Basically it doesn't have the right trim to hold a screen right now.
