2009 Hyundai Elantra makes a squealing noise while driving Accelerating, decelerating and turning left. It has electronic power steering, we spayed belt dressing on belt no change.

When I spayed the belt dressing on the belt there was no change. Yes I will change the belt but I think the noise is coming from one of the parts run by the belt?

Check each accessory then. With the belt off it will be easy to check each pulley for bearings that are loose or seized up.
