2009 BMW 528i Engine lite

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While parked with the engine on the engine lite came on (Amber but only half
of it lit up) Info screen said reduced engine power.  I just had an ignition coil
replaced two weeks ago.

Get the code read to know what is wrong. Post the results here and we will try and help. You can read it yourself with a code reader, have a mechanic do it or take it by an auto parts store that provides that service.

You need to read the codes. If you don't have an OBD2 code reader, some stores like AutoZone will read your codes for free. Report back with your findings, and we will be able to better assist you.
