Any thoughts on a fair price for a 2009 BMW 328 xDrive sedan -- the only "option" that I really care about is heated seats.  Thanks.

That depends on the color, your location and the options on the vehicle. For a general idea, check out www.kbb.com , www.edmunds.com , www.nada.com , www.autotrader.com and more. Do your homework. If you are buying from an auction or a dealer who buys from auction, www.manhiem.com might be another good bet for getting current values.
