Straing noise

I have a 2009 chevy silverado hd. Recently
as I drive the truck, the truck have a
straining sound but it's not losing power.
What can be the problem?

Without listening to the noise, it's hard to diagnose. You need to find out if there's some type of pattern, like louder as u accelerate, brake, put in neutral while driving and see if it changes. Try to narrow it down if it's engine, transmission or brakes related
