NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY AND BAD!!!

Asked by AirborneKitty76 Aug 22, 2017 at 02:54 PM about the 2009 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck suddenly stopped running while driving
today. I had just pulled out of my kids' school, and
the engine suddenly quit running. The electronics
still all run, and the engine turns over, but it won't
catch and start.
I have NEVER had problems with this truck before.
It just suddenly did this today.
We can't get It to start. Checked all fluids, and
they're good. Don't have a way to test the fuses.

PLEASE help! It's my only vehicle and I have kids to
drive to/from school on the other side of town
every day...

if its cranking but not starting you need to check 3 things, first you need to see if you have spark, 2nd you need to see if its getting fuel, 3rd you need to see if the compression is good. it will require some testing by a mechanic or someone who knows their way around cars
