2009 Dodge Ram 1500 headlights and Ac

AC and auto headlights do not work randomly, but if I disconnect battery cable
and wait a few minute and re connect they work. Any thoughts?

BCM programming glitch. These are usually caused by power drop outs or fluctuations. have you had any Battery, charging system work or did you jump anyone? If so you may need a re-flash from the dealer. Take it to a pro and have it checked. Disconnecting the battery will only cause other problems later on, so stop doing it.
