When changing the Timing chain and two tensioners, should I change the gears ( Sprockets) ?

Your always better off replacing everything for the timing chain. You can get away with not changing the gears as long as the look to be in good shape. Look at the teeth on the gears to make sure they do not come to a sharp point. There is should be a slight flat on top of each tooth.
