I paid 21,000 before taxes and lisencing, did I get a good price?

Id say you got a good deal, what was the sticker price on it? $24695? That kind of discount is hard to come by on an EX.

Maybe you did? Maybe you didn't? The one way to be sure is this. Go to NADA.com and look up your vehicle. Follow the guidelines and that will give you both the loan value and retail value of the car. Add both prices then divide by two. That is the approximate reasonable price you should have paid for the car. If you paid considerably less, you got a GREAT DEAL! If you paid considerably more, the dealership got you. Regardless, no matter what you paid, the dealership got the better of the exchange. They always do; other wise, the car would not exit their lot!
