Honda Civic door locks

Asked by GuruV26PG Sep 11, 2018 at 10:19 AM about the 2009 Honda Civic DX

Question type: Car Customization

When 2 people are in my 2009 Honda
Civic, if the driver gets out & locks all doors
w/key fob, the passenger left in my car
can’t unlock the door from inside the car &
is held captive! How do I prevent this from
happening? If the driver or passenger locks
all doors from the door itself inside the car,
that works, the passenger can lock &
unlock the doors from inside BUT
occasionally we forget this and 1 of us gets
stuck inside the car! Help!
