ac/heater blower motor works only on speed 4,no air movement and speed 1 just makes a high pitched noise

I would recommend checking the blower motor switch. (The switch that controls the speed, temperature) that is generally my first place to look when it comes to those problems here at my shop. Once you've replaced the switch the blower motor should stop making noises. If it doesn't then it may also be the motor itself underneath the passenger side dash. Thank you!

I have replaced the control module(is that the blower motor switch?) Also replaced the resistor. Thanks
