09 Grand Cherokee heat not getting to temp

My 09 Grand Cherokee has never had issues with
heat BUT, now when I start it to warm up the
engine shows it's up to temp but only cold air
blows out from the heater until I get down the road
a few miles.
What could have changed to cause this issue?

If the coolant level isn't low then your heater core is probably clogged up. flush the heater core out.
