I dont know how to change the rating but you could give them a good google review.
There is a chat window on the lower right of the page on cargurus.com that i posted the question to. Moments later someone in tech support for cargurus sent me a link to change the rating. That was excellent customer service!
I gave a dealer a bad rating and I made a mistake and want to change it.
