Should I change the timing belt on a 2009 Acura TL with 26K miles on it - real mileage.

2009 Acura RL with actual 26,000 miles on it. Dealer wants us to change timing belt because it is at the 7 year mark (recommended change is 7 years or 105,000 miles).  We only plan to keep the car for another two years or so. Should we make the investment?

I would change the belt, it will be damned expensive if it fails.
