hi, i have cls550 2009 and i have lost both keys and i would like to know what can be a
cost of programming new key for it,thank you!

I'm not a M-B dealer, but for a key and remote on a high-end import I would figure $300-$400.

If you have warranty, it might be able to be covered under that but how do you manage to lose both? Sends a bit sketchy?
