Is a Buick Enclave with 100k miles better than Chevy Equinox with 14k miles?

There would have to be a huge price difference to make a 100K mile car the better deal than one with 14K miles. The Enclave, at 100K miles, is at the service interval for some major components, like timing chains & transmission, that would have to be factored into the price.
