Not wanting to drive!!!

My car is acting like Im not giving it gas when I'm
driving it doesn't want to drive I took it to shop sent
500 dollars to fix the problem and it is still doing
it!!!!! It makes a weird noise not banging or
cracking just like a muffling noise .Help pleasee
