My car was parked stationary on the side of the road. I didn't realize my steering was spun all the way towards the road. I pressed hard-ish on the accelerator, car felt like it wanted to go straight but the tyres were pointed in all the way to its side. It drifted abit then power steering straightened it out. Im scared that the alignment, tyres or suspension is probably damaged. Alot of force was put onto it, should i be worried?

Probably not, if you are having to ask this question its probably fine. You would notice if the suspension was damaged. Alignment is probably ok you should be most worried about your tires.
