Try a good independent shop. Maybe one that works on Mercedes.
Best type of shops for things like this are always local non big name places like the other answer stated.

Coming up short on regular maintenance at Chrysler dealers and Mercedes won't touch them. Do anyone who knows what they are doing with a Crossfire.

I bought electric seats from a crashed 2005 Crossfire and want to replace my cloth, manual seats. Is this a big deal? Should I be having a mechanic handle this?

When you get in the Crossfire the door locks you in. You have to double open the door handle to unlock. It is a pain in the butt. You have to keep trying until you get lucky and the door unlocks.

Top would not go down on its own, had to push one side to get the arm to fold. Worked OK till yesterday when I tried to put the top up and the arm snapped.
