Transmission fluid

I just bought a used 2009 Toyota Camry XLE V6
3.5 and it has more than 200k miles on it , i don't
know when did the last owner changed the
transmission fluid, because the first and and
second gear sometimes slipping after i drive for a
long time, so I thought let me change the
transmission fluid the (cheapest way), so i would
like to know what should i use for the transmission
fluid, synthetic or WS and how many liters or quart,
also I live in a hot country (Dubai), i would be very
grateful for the help, thanx and good luck.

2009 transmission has the dip stick and you can check when engine is running . You need to shift the all gear and check the level of the transmission fluid . Good luck
