Lord someone please help!!!!!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Okay we have a 2009 toyota camry le and in the
past year and a half we have replaced the radiator
and aldinator and all of a sudden we are having
issues with thr battery we put water in the battery
and it started driving fine again and now it wont
stay running again so we went anx bought a new
battery and terminals but its still doing it. Idk what
to do now any help would be greatly appreciated.
And also do you have to reset it in any way after
installing the battery?

No reset for the battery. Why do you think this is a battery issue?

Well hun honestly this is our first car and we are actually trying to take care of it cuz we have a past just like everyone else but we are having to learn as we go so it may not be the battery but I do believe it came up once when we went to advance for them to hook it up to that machine anf when we replaced the aldinator we never changed the battery and the mechanic said we would have to soon but gracious I hope I didn't buy a new one for nothing lol
