I have a 2008 toyota tundra with 130,000 miles.  recently a radiator hose
blew out.  Three week safter having a garage replace the hose, the truck
shut down on the highway overheated.  I had the truck towed to the same
garage and they claim that i need to replace the engine.  I asked them if the
hose they put in was leaking and they claimed the truck had a full radiator.   
My truck is still sitting in their parking lot three weeks later.  Each week I visit
the truck and add about a gallon to the radiator.  I'm thinking the hose they
replaced caused the problem and is still leaking.  they have no other
explanation on why my engine is toast.  Any suggestions?

There is more than 1 hose where coolant could leak from. There are 2 radiator hoses, and multiple heater hoses. I doubt it is the same hose. If the engine actually quit running due to overheating, you likely damaged the engine. At this point, you need to have a compression test done on the engine to determine if there is a blown head gasket or other damage.
