2008 Sedona has 125k mi. Tire place recommends replacing TPMS gaskets when I buy new tires. Necessary?

Have no problems with system or sensors.  Tire place says they might leak air if I do not replace gaskets.  Necessary?

IAny tpms sexncor is 1 pice as in the gasket is detachable there is inno such thing as a tm0s gasket
