I drive my truck approxmantly 15-20 miles it starts shimming like a tire off balance feels like it is in the frount

Have you had the balance checked on your tires? Could be wheel bearing or axle joint going bad too.

Have the front alignment checked, bet they tell you that you need bushings and probably tie rod ends. Have them look at the steering linkage also.
