Replace thermostat now my car won't start any ideas

I replaced the thermostat in my 2008 Nissan
Altima and now it won't start and on the dashboard
there is a little man with the key does anyone
happen to know what is going on with my Nissan

I did but I don't got the owners manuel to reset it I do got more info from guy who changed thermostat did not disconnect battery and touched the cover that you have to remove to replace thermostat and got shocked could that have something to do with my car not starting also nothing is working my windows locks trunk stereo and light on dashboard
