Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I just had the spring valve replaced on my 2008
dodge caravan. It still runs a bit rough, should i sell
now or wait it out.
Van is at 210,000 km.

Waiting isn't going to make it better. The valve spring is either too tight or the valve face/seat is damaged

Is it worth fixing? Or should i purchase a vehicle. I guess my real question is will the engine blow or can i continue to drive in that condition. Again i just fixed the issue drives fine just seems like it's lost a bit of power.
