2008 silverado crank but no start

I have a 2008 silverado 5.3l i shut it off last night with no
problems out of it. I go to start it today and it cranks over
but won't start. If i let go of the key on first try it continues
to try and crank over for about 10 seconds and stops.
Showing a code of u0190 failed communication to fuel
pump control module. Cleaned connector and still same
problem. Any help would be great

Here is a GM TSB that fits what you are describing.. Seems there is a variety of possible causes to the issue. https://www.autocodes.com/uploads/gmc/08-07-30-021E.pdf
