I am trying to get Mickey thompson tires for my 2008 silverado 1500 4x4. I have a front end leveling kit on it already. What is the biggest tire size i can put on my truck?

The biggest tire you could put on without a lift kit would be 33"or an LT 285-70

and you would need to have your speedo calibrated also

My Silverado is leveled, and they said the biggest tire I can fit is a 265/70. I could probably go bigger if I take the splash guards out. But don't try to fit 12 wides unless you want to scrub.

265/70. I don't scrub but I'm about 5 centimeters away from scrubbing when I turn all the way. Could probably fit taller, but nothing wider than 10.5

I have just recently put 305/50/20 tires on my 2009 chrevolet silverado (no lift / no modifications) and have no issues no rubbing whatsoever.

@ ROLF ... You can't say side wall measurements without having a rim diameter. For instance you said 285/"70" and if you had a 285/70r20LT it would be 38.8"s tall, and 11.3"s wide. WAY TOO TALL for a Silverado with just a leveling kit on it

Sorry if this double posts. But I have 29/35/24 on my 08 4x4 with a 3inch level kit. Plenty of room for more height. I am running 2 inch wheel spacers. Cant remember my backspacing. I bought the wheels for cheap with new tires on them. $150 was a steal to me. But I will be going bigger in the near future. Hangluce what size lift do you have.
